The article deals with the problem of self-management and self-regulation in modern education. In our opinion, during the pandemic, the issue of distance education, both in schools and in universities, is particularly acute. Self-government is reaching a new level, as it is necessary to quickly adapt and regulate its activities in the new conditions of continuous training. The issue of assistance to teachers in mastering modern technologies is also considered.
CIVILIZATIONAL FEATURES OF THE RUSSIAN NORTH OF MEDIEVAL RUSSIA: THE ASPECT OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT
The article examines very peculiar socio-political relations related to local self-government. As the example of separated region of the Eurasian continent – the Russian North of the pre-Petrine era. The author thought that the true democracy of our civilization can be seen in a single hierarchical system of representative authority of regional self-government, which existed in those time, and which was the basis of power in traditional society.

In this article, the authors examine one of the innovations in the real estate activity of the Republic of Belarus – the Chamber of Realtors. The article also discusses foreign experience in self-regulation of realtors.
This article examines methods of conflict resolution in the collective through the pedagogical legacy of A.S. Makarenko. Key principles of Makarenko's system are explored: "pedagogical explosion," parallel action, perspective lines, and self-management. Particular attention is paid to conflict as a constructive element of team development. An analysis of some contemporary studies of the teacher's legacy is provided.
