The article is devoted to organization of effective management of land resources agricultural region. In work the analysis of utilization of agricultural land, the calculation of specific indices of cadastral cost in the boundaries of the study area with detection of discrepancies when conducting land surveys, which have significant influence on the formation of payments in the regional budget.

The article is devoted to improving the land management system of PJSC «Kuban Steppe» in the Kanevsky district of the Krasnodar Territory. The article presents data from the results of an agrochemical survey of agricultural soils of an enterprise, analyzed these data in terms of soil fertility indicators, made appropriate conclusions and prepared recommendations for improving the land management system of an agricultural enterprise. An economic calculation was made of the effectiveness of the proposed measures to improve the condition of agricultural lands based on the results of soil fertility monitoring.

The article reveals the methodology for using agricultural land of agrarian formations. The main stages of analysis of the use of land resources of an enterprise are outlined, the functions of economic analysis in the management system of economic entities are revealed, the main analytical indicators are presented, a flow chart for analyzing the use of agricultural land is developed, and the main directions and factors for increasing the efficiency of their use at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are identified.
