The article is devoted to current issues on costs during the operation of the Mi-24 helicopters in the aviation union of the Ministry of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation.
The article considers the issue of analyzing the mutual influence of the technical systems that make up the aircraft and their states on the generalized indicators of serviceability of the aircraft as a whole as an object of operation. The possibility of applying the concept of pseudo-independence of technical systems in solving the designated problem is substantiated.
The article analyzes the existing methods and means of distributing personnel in the process of managing specialists of the engineering and aviation service when performing routine maintenance and repairs on aviation equipment. Their positive and negative sides are determined. A way to reduce the time of routine maintenance and military repairs, taking into account the current number of personnel and aviation equipment, is proposed.
The article discusses the issues of improving the management of spare parts supplies based on the integrated automation of the organization of the search and delivery of the requested spare parts to the ordering organizations. An analysis of the existing supply chain and a description of the prospective supply chain in the form of diagrams of functional models are presented, as well as a comparative analysis that showed the effectiveness of the proposed methodology for the search and delivery of spare parts imple-mented in the prospective supply chain.
