The topic of our article is devoted to the current issue of combat use of an air assault company (AAC) with support of Ka-52 helicopters in modern armed conflicts. This issue is of particular importance in light of the experience of the Special Military Operation (SMO) and other military campaigns in which the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation participated.
The importance of training future officers is not in doubt in any state, but the approach to training varies from state to state. The system of training professional military personnel is largely determined by the country's culture and established military traditions. The article analyzes the educational systems for training personnel for the Air Force in two countries – India and Pakistan. These two States were chosen because they have a common border, firstly, and secondly, because of the ongoing conflict over the territory of Kashmir. Both states are forced to maintain units in the border area in a state of combat readiness, including the Air Force. The Air Force in both countries is considered an elite force, which is prestigious to serve in.
