The article raises the issue of the exercise and protection of the rights of citizens under conditions of partial mobilization. It reveals a number of violations of citi-zens' rights by state authorities. It offers ways to solve this problem at the legisla-tive level.
The article is devoted to for the special military operation of Armed Forces of Russia in Ukraine. Actuality of the conducting and the elaboration in literature are explained, corresponding conclusions are drawn. The aim of the article consists of the author's aspiration to deepen the knowledge of teachers and cadets about the essence of the special military operation of Armed Forces of Russia in Ukraine.
The article examines some features of the organization and conduct of classes with cadets of the special faculty, the relevance and importance of high-quality organization of educational activities with foreign military personnel in the context of the sanctions policy of the «collective West» and the conduct of a special military operation by the Russian Federation.
The article provides an analysis of priority measures of state policy aimed at protecting the rights and interests of participants in the special military operation in Ukraine and their family members based on current legislation. Measures to support these categories of citizens are studied using the example of several subjects of the Russian Federation. A conclusion is made about the need to expand the possibilities of social support for participants in the special military operation who have become disabled in the field of medical and social rehabilitation, employment and reintegration into society. Recommendations are given to improve the effectiveness of these measures.
