The paper is devoted to development of advanced algorithms of risk calculation of population health, which formed a basis of specialized software, developed by the author and realizing geoinformational technology. Experimental check of results of research is presented in the paper on the example of an assessment and the analysis of risk of population health from emissions of the polluting substances of Kursk Plant “Accumulator”.
