The paper is devoted to development of advanced algorithms of risk calculation of population health, which formed a basis of specialized software, developed by the author and realizing geoinformational technology. Experimental check of results of research is presented in the paper on the example of an assessment and the analysis of risk of population health from emissions of the polluting substances of Kursk Plant “Accumulator”.

According to statistics, in 2021, 75% of the Russian population lives in territorial districts in which there is a deterioration in the quality of life. In modern megacities, emissions of industrial waste are constantly occurring. Most cities are built without taking into account the wind rose. Together, these factors do not allow you to comfortably stay in the central parts of megacities.
