The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that Big Data is one of the modern tools for decision-making in various areas of human activity, which is a collective product of various sources, which subsequently create a huge array of both structured and unstructured data. There are no uniform criteria for defining a clear line between ordinary data and big data, but there are some characteristics that define big data. Due to the large amount of information, it is difficult to process the data array, however, there are four main methods of Analyzing Big Data: descriptive analytics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, diagnostic analytics. The idea of this study: determining the characteristics of big data, storage space, methods of analyzing Big Data. The subject of this article isquestions related to the characteristics of big data, the place of accumulation and methods of processing big data.
This article examines the application of modern forensic capabilities in crime detection and investigation. Particular attention is paid to the legal basis for the use of various information tools established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation, and special federal laws. The need for procedural verifiability of digital evidence, the preservation of individual rights, and judicial review is substantiated. Judicial practice confirming the importance of electronic media, personal data, and computer information for evidentiary purposes is analyzed.
