The article analyzes the problems of implementation in the Russian legislation of the concept of a single real estate object, the legal consolidation of the concept of a single real estate complex and the principle of the unity of the fate of a land plot and objects firmly associated with it.

The article is devoted to research on the emergence and development of «green» construction, reflecting the relevance of this topic in Uzbekistan. The stimulating factors of the introduction of «green» technologies in the construction of buildings and structures are considered, and the ways of developing eco-friendly construction in the country are shown.
