The article analyzes the correction and prevention of emotional burnout of teachers. Considers new approaches to solving problems. Presents a model of "Psychological-pedagogical correction of emotional burnout of teachers" which contains the correction of emotional burnout of teachers and education is a system consisting of several interconnected blocks: target, substantial, technological, and assessment.
The article presents a historical analysis of the study of the problem of burnout abroad and in Russia, highlights issues related to the main stages of development of this phenomenon as a psychological concept, and considers existing approaches to understanding the nature of this phenomenon. This phenomenon is of interest, as it is relevant at the present time, despite the fact that as a scientific object was discovered more than forty years ago.
The article presents the result of the analysis of a survey of surgeons from the Smolensk region, the Kaliningrad region, the Bryansk region. The relationship between age, gender, territory of residence of a specialist and the level of stress that he experiences in his professional activity is reflected. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of the place of residence, personal characteristics and gender on the occurrence of intellectual, emotional, behavioral and physiological signs of stress in surgeons. Object and methods. During the study, 62 people (32 men and 30 women) passed the test to determine the level of stress V. Yu. Shcherbatykh. To measure and assess the degree of professional burnout, the level of stress was globally identified according to four signs and symptoms: intellectual, emotional, behavioral and physiological. Various information platforms were used as additional tools for processing the obtained statistical data. Results. The majority of doctors in all regions experience a significant level of stress.
This text examines the importance of career guidance for schoolchildren, focusing on the importance of choosing the right profession and the potential consequences of mistakes in this process. According to surveys, many graduates of higher educational institutions do not work in their specialty, which leads to depression, burnout and dissatisfaction. Special attention is paid to the pilot's profession, which requires high qualifications and motivation, since the cost and com-plexity of training are very high. The text also emphasizes that career guidance should begin at an early age and include not only theoretical, but also practical training, for example, through pro-grams such as «Country Aviation» and «Youth Gliding School», which help students navigate the choice of an aviation-related profession and develop personal motivation. The main purpose of career guidance programs is to give students the opportunity to get acquainted with aviation professions, develop interest and skills for further professional self–realization. The text also highlights the effectiveness of such programs, based on the experience of the USSR and modern methods of training through flight training and practical exercises.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the features of burnout in girls and boys studying in high school. It reflects data on the severity of the three components of school burnout, on the sexual characteristics of exhaustion, cynicism and feelings of inadequacy, as well as on the dynamics of the manifestation of these components in girls and boys in grades 10 and 11.
