Ten years ago Russia has joined to the Convention «About forbiddance and immediate measures referring liquidation of the worst forms of child labor», but till now the problem of child labor is topical not only for our country, but for the whole world. The peculiarity of this problem is that its solution is not only within judicial sphere but also in ethics field. Business ethics expects the ways of child labor problems solution connecting the moral responsibility of business by means of corporate code.
