The article deals with the main features of poems that are attributed to gaming poetry. We analyze the characteristic features of poems, such as the game basis, rhythmic structure and lexical features of the text. We come to the conclusion that these characteristic features of game poetry make it possible to use them as tools for working with children with severe speech disorders.

This article talks about the problem of organizing joint work of a speech therapist and parents to correct sound reproduction in older preschool children with severe speech disorders, the need for joint and systematic correctional speech therapy work.
