The article deals with the legal conflicts of citizen participation in public environmental review. The analysis revealed that it is appropriate to consolidate legislation (GDC, federal laws "On Environmental Impact Assessment" and "On Environmental Protection" and others.) "Single term, when it comes to environmental legal subjects (citizens, civil society, individuals and legal entities). It is necessary to provide for the concept of "public", "public concerned."
This article discusses the mechanism of bankruptcy of an individual in the system of civil law of the Russian Federation. The features of the practical application of this legal institution, taking into account the current legislation, are given. The mechanisms for improving the insolvency legislation are analyzed and a conclusion is made about the need to modernize the institution of bankruptcy of individuals in modern conditions.
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the development of territorial public self-government and its place in the system of local self-government in Russia, and in particular in the municipal formation "Yantarny urban district".
The article examines the essence of law enforcement activity, identifying the main aspects of its functioning and significance for society. Analyzing the key aspects of law enforcement work, the article emphasizes the need to respect the rule of law, interact with society and respect the rights and freedoms of every citizen.
The relevance of the article is related to the content of the main structural elements of legal culture as a systemic activity of the state, society and citizens, aimed at promoting and disseminating information for the formation of new knowledge, culture and worldview. The need that has arisen in this regard to develop and implement an effective model of legal education of the population at the federal, regional and local levels will be aimed at improving legal policy in the field of developing the legal culture of citizens. As a consequence of this, authorities at all levels will be called upon to provide comprehensive work to disseminate legal knowledge that will contribute to the formation of the rule of law.
