Russian legislation seeks to humanize the criminal justice system by introducing the resocialization of convicts. Conducting telephone conversations by means of video communica-tion, but at this stage of the reform in the penal system there are no regulations for monitoring and removing information from carriers about telephone conversations of convicts during the imple-mentation of operational investigative activities in the penal system.
