Corruption as a negative social phenomenon today, arouses quite a significant interest in the scientific literature and practice. It is impossible sometimes to estimate the scale of corruption and corruption crimes negative impact on society due to their ubiquity. All the above mentioned determines the relevance of the chosen topic study, as well as the need to develop new and effective measures to combat corruption crimes.

The article describes the conceptual foundations of coping strategies for conditionally convicted persons, proposes verification of the concept in the form of empirical research results.

The article deals with the problem of re-socialization of ex-convicts in the UK and describes the ways of solving this problem. Particular attention is paid to the activities of non-profit organizations in the UK, which currently address the most common issues that appear during resocialization related to the lack of housing, employment opportunities for a person released from prison, as well as the loss of social ties necessary for successful resocialization. During the research we used the following scientific methods: study of the material on the given topic, analysis of the activities of non-profit organizations, as well as other methods of scientific knowledge. As a result of the study we came to the conclusion that most of the re-socialization work nowadays is done not by state structures, but by specialized non-profit organizations. However, in order for this assistance to be effective and contribute to the reduction of recidivism, it is necessary to create a strong system of interaction between public authorities of different levels and public organizations.

The socio-psychological characteristics of the criminalized micro-society of the correctional institution are distinguished by their unruly orientation. They have a powerful negative impact on the personality of each prisoner. One of the important tasks of socio-pedagogical work with the contingent of a correctional institution may be the formation of law-abiding behavior among convicts. In this article presents there are some options for socio-pedagogical work with prisoners.

Russian legislation seeks to humanize the criminal justice system by introducing the resocialization of convicts. Conducting telephone conversations by means of video communica-tion, but at this stage of the reform in the penal system there are no regulations for monitoring and removing information from carriers about telephone conversations of convicts during the imple-mentation of operational investigative activities in the penal system.
