The article considers the possibility of solving the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the use of the educational Internet resource by the teacher in the educational process at the stage of the resource modeling. The paper proves the need to take into account the requirements of the teacher’s professional standard, specificity of teaching activities, organization of training based on integrated use of information and communication technologies, pedagogical interaction with the use of counter efforts technology. The author considers basic requirements for the structure and content of the Internet resource, emphasizes the necessity to form in students the required level of competency and relevant competences, and suggests a conceptual model of the educational Internet resource for the professional education institution, which provides for the possibility of implementing different approaches to learning.
