The problem of personnel resistance to changes is relevant for most organizations. Taking into account socio-psychological factors allows us to implement measures to prepare employees for transformations and most effectively manage organizational changes. The purpose of the work is to generalize views on the nature of people's perception of changes and the impact of changes on the individual; to define the main personal reasons for rejection of innovations and factors contributing to the formation of a negative attitude towards them. The main results of the research: a connection was revealed between the individual psychological characteristics of an employee and his/her readiness to participate in the transformation processes; some recommendations are formulated to reduce personnel resistance to changes in the organization.

The problem of the negative impact of conflicts on the work results is relevant for most organizations. In recent years, there has been a tendency in the industrial divisions of the Russian Railways Holding of reducing the number of innovation proposals and increasing the level of tension between the heads of departments and employees. The purpose of the work is to generalize views on the nature and essence of conflicts; to study the personal causes of innovative conflicts. The main results of the study: the factors that affect the productivity of intellectual activity and the level of conflict in the company's divisions are analyzed; the measures that contribute to reducing their negative impact on the efficiency of the company are proposed.

Today, the problem of professional burnout of employees is significant for most organizations. We understand under this burnout the process of gradual loss of emotional and physical energy, which manifests itself in symptoms of fatigue, exhaustion, personal detachment and decreased satisfaction from work. The purpose of this work is to summarize views on the nature and essence of professional burnout, its causes, factors, symptoms and consequences; to identify the factors of professional burnout in train dispatchers. The main results of the study: the author describes specific features of train dispatchers’ work, determines the main factors of burnout in the traffic control directorate, and proposes recommendations for reducing their negative impact.

The article deals with the real problem of psychological barriers in innovations. The purpose of the work is to take a broad view on the nature and essence of barriers; to determine the causes of their occurrence in a person who is faced with something new, and the factors that contribute to reducing the negative impact of barriers on the effectiveness of innovation. The main results of the research: revelation of the relationship between the level of an individual's innovative readiness and his/her desire for self-realization, interest in self-development and professional achievements; recommendations for overcoming barriers.

Due to the significance of the problem of employees’ psycho-emotional overload, the article attempts to reveal the essence of “stress” concept, to study the stages of stress development, some reasons for the occurrence of stressful situations in professional activity, and the ways to reduce the negative influence of stressful factors on the physical and psychological health of personnel. The author shows the necessity of taking into account individual psychological characteristics of an individual when choosing effective means of emotional-psychological relaxation. The article presents an example of solving the urgent for the transport company task of maintaining health and high performance of employees, whose work is connected with regular psycho-emotional overload, using a specially worked out method of psycho-regulatory training.
