the article discusses the methodological and technological changes in lessons in the digital educational environment, the differences between traditional and face-to-face lesson, options for using digital resources in different models of lessons (traditional face-to-face, mixed, distance learning). Particular attention is paid to the recommendations for the distribution of the stages of the didactic cycle in online and offline modes of conducting lessons. The advantages of conducting lessons in a digital educational environment are highlighted.
