Article is devoted to the role and importance of dramatization in the organization of cognitive activity of students. The possible examples of dramatization in history lessons in 5-6th grade in the study of the topic “Ancient Rus”, and gives some examples of lessons using techniques of dramatization in history class in high school.
This article discusses how active forms of extracurricular activities contribute to the process of forming foreign language communicative competence. For this, the author conducted a study to identify the most effective forms of vigorous activity in extracurricular work. Based on this study, the author revealed that the staging, role-playing game; quest game; literary and musical living rooms are key. Also, the author developed a lesson with elements of dramatization, which shows all the advantages of active forms in extracurricular work.
This article reveals the potential of the literary artistic genre – fairy tales in teaching a foreign language in primary school. All the positive features of reading fairy-tale texts and their direct correlation with the psychological characteristics of primary school children have been identified. The technique of dramati-zation was used as the basis for teaching speaking (dialogical speech). This method of game modeling is based on the adapted text of a fairy tale. The textbook for primary school of the series ‘English in Focus’, containing fairy tale material that meets the criteria selected by G. Ellis and J. Brewster, was taken as an example to teach junior students reading.
