The article discusses data on the state of voice function in patients with functional dysphonia. Particular attention is paid to patients whose professions depend on the condition of their voice and speech, and who in most cases are diagnosed with some form of dysphonia. The author presents the results of the study of patients with voice functional disorders.

The article considers the main types of speech development disorders in children, as well as musical activities, such as singing, listening to music, musical and rhythmic movements and playing musical instruments.
