In the article there considered convenience and advantage of application of plastic cards. The analysis of application sphere of electronic money is presented, its positive dynamics of development in electronic commerce.
The article considers the problems of legal regulation of consumer rights protection in the Russian Federation in relation to the peculiarities of conclusion and execution of contracts for remote sale. The author concludes that due to the demand and mass use of electronic commerce, the development of legislation in the sphere of consumer rights protection in this area requires constant timely development and improvement.
The article is devoted to the digital transformation of retail trade, which resulted in the use of a new type of retail facilities in the retail service of the population ‒ digital retail facilities. As practice shows, the types of retail facilities are interrelated with the forms of retail trade. The logical result of the functioning of digital retail facilities is e-commerce, which demonstrates its relevance in the consumer market.
