The scientific article deals with problematic issues that arise during the internal audit procedure in relation to an employee of the internal Affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The assessment of the actions of the checking and checking police officer in the process of carrying out verification actions is presented. The problematic issues of judicial appeal against the conclusion of the internal audit are touched upon.

The article considers the problems of legal regulation of consumer rights protection in the Russian Federation in relation to the peculiarities of conclusion and execution of contracts for remote sale. The author concludes that due to the demand and mass use of electronic commerce, the development of legislation in the sphere of consumer rights protection in this area requires constant timely development and improvement.
