In this work we consider special aspects of management activity and emotional resilience of educational institutions heads. We analyze the results of the completed investigation of the management activity effectiveness and the effect of leaders’ emotional resilience on their management activity success. The use of correlation analysis let us reveal the meaningful relations between studied characteristics.
The article explores the role of teacher professional development in forming a successful student personality. It examines the interconnections between pedagogical mastery, the creation of a favorable educational environment, and the personal growth of students. The importance of implementing innovative teaching methods, the emotional resilience of teachers, and collaboration with parents and colleagues is emphasized. It is argued that active professional development not only improves the quality of education but also contributes to the formation of a harmonious and self-confident student personality.
