In this article, the youth sports field of the vorkout is considered as a way of improving the population. It is a question of the history of origin, the types of the vorkaut, examples of exercises are given. Attention is focused on the universality of the movement, as well as the social features of the vorouth.

Currently, the concept of endurance in the training of a military specialist plays the most significant role, it is it that is the foundation for the development of basic physical qualities of a person. This article discusses the main issues related to the concept of endurance, as well as the methodology of training military personnel for its training.
Currently, children and adolescents, as a rule, lack physical exercise. In this regard, we can largely expect the development of physical strength, especially dexterity. Therefore, improving the method of dexterity development, including exercises taken from basketball, is a very relevant research topic. Based on theoretical analysis, the author de-velops a circular training method proposed on the basis of a set of exercises, a set of ex-ercises that is implemented in the process of education and training. Educational experi-ments were conducted to show the effectiveness of these combined exercises. The results obtained can be used by teachers and trainers.
In the process of physical education of school-age children, it is the education of such quality as endurance, its development is a successful work activity and the achievement of the best sports results. Note that the most rapid growth of the whole organism is observed during the period of its rapid development – in the middle school years. Our goal was to confirm the effectiveness of using martial arts elements to increase the level of endurance in children aged 12–13 years. To do this, we analyzed the scientific and methodological literature, selected means for the development of endurance by including martial arts exercises and confirmed the effectiveness of martial arts elements for children 12–13 years old.
