We consider the financial stability of the pension system, the sources of extra-budgetary Pension Fund, the implementation of pension obligations in the region.

This article discusses the currently existing software tools to calculate the effect of outsourcing on the financial stability of the organization. The authors analyzed the strengths and weaknesses in the charac-terization of the four software tools: “Audit Expert”, “FinEkAnaliz”, “Alt-Finance”, “ABFI system”.

The author monitored the plant size, composition and structure of sales revenue, resource potential, analyzed financial condition and gives recommendations for maintaining the stability of the effective growth strategies.

The article deals with the financial state of "Serpukhov factory "Metallist" in 2015. The indicators for assessing the profitability of operations and for evaluation of management efficiency, business activity indicators, performance measures of financial solvency are calculated. The type of financial stability is studied. Some recommendations for further financial improvement are offered.
