This article discusses the currently existing software tools to calculate the effect of outsourcing on the financial stability of the organization. The authors analyzed the strengths and weaknesses in the charac-terization of the four software tools: “Audit Expert”, “FinEkAnaliz”, “Alt-Finance”, “ABFI system”.

The article is devoted to quantitative methods of risk assessment of outsourcing. The authors view the key risk factors of outsourcing and suggest the technique of risk management outsourcing based on the ex-pected volume of losses.

The Analysis of foreign experience shows that outsourcing is an effective, strategic tool and allows not only to reduce the costs of non-core activities, but also, more importantly, to improve the effectiveness of the organization. Technology outsourcing is now becom-ing not just a method of control, and a separate independent and rapidly growing sector of the business.

In the article the questions of organization and holding of outsourcing and, particularly, outsourcing of accounting, which in the last ten years is becoming more and more popular.

The work is devoted to the development of transport infrastructure. The conceptual aspects of the implementation of various solutions that make it possible to alleviate the situation caused by the increase in production and services in the world market are considered.
