The article examines the social relations between the subjects of ownership relationships arising from the circulation and use of rights to intellectual property and means of individualization of legal entities and goods complicated by a foreign element. The purpose of the study is to systematize the accumulated scientific knowledge about international economic transactions, the subject of which are intellectual rights, to formulate the concept of a foreign economic transaction in the field of intellectual rights and to characterize its features. The methodological basis of the study is determined in accordance with the goal and is based on the general methodological approach of material positivism and following from the general to the particular. The author applies general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, as well as special legal methods: legal comparison, formal legal method, systematic method and method of classifications.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of «marriage», «family», the main features of these concepts through which their content is most accurately expressed, as well as their constitutional and legal regulation in the Russian Federation and other countries, complicated by a foreign element. It has been proven that laws regulating marriage in countries are somewhat different. Thus, the legislation of most countries contains rules defining the material and formal conditions if a marriage is concluded, and compliance with them is the most important condition for its validity.
