The article supposes the complex of exercises, which help to form general cultural competence during the Bachelors’ training at the lessons of foreign language. The demands to the complex of exercises are developed; the groups of skills, which are necessary for the general cultural competence forming, are examined; multi-graded approach of working with authentic texts is offering.

The article is devoted to the development of cultural competence connected with the skills in the field of the native language. Presents the possibilities of development of this competence in the framework of disci-pline «Teaching business communication».
