The article aims to view the lexical innovations, communicative functions, and sociolinguistic significance of Generation Z slang within the context of modern digital mass culture. The author examines and assesses the young generation's linguistic heritage from a cultural and pragmatic perspective. Emerging from social media, meme culture, and everyday online interaction, expressions including «aura,» «ain't,» «skibidi,» «lowkey,» «highkey,» «iffy,» «limbo,» and «67» and others continue to fascinate not only linguists but also language learners, educators, and students. Their semantic flexibility, context-dependent meanings, ability to serve identity construction and in-group signaling are analyzed in our survey.
