The paper analyzes price changes and the estimation of dynamics of income-expenses ratio of Russian population in connection with international sanctions against Russia and its response, as well as measures to mitigate the effects of these sanctions.

The article deals with the development of regional rural areas on the example of the Tuva Republic. The author notes the necessity of solving social and economic problems on the basis of the existing development potential. It is shown that agriculture has development potential in the Republic of Tuva, where the population of rural territories, despite the existing problems, can provide with the products of their farms not only the region of their residence, but also the neighboring subjects of the federation.

The article focuses on the special importance of the role of socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPOs) in the context of the implementation of state policy in the field of countering extremism. The article presents an analysis of the main provisions of the Strategy for Countering Extremism in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated December 28, 2024 No. 1124, concerning the activities of civil society institutions. Proposals have been formulated aimed at the active participation of SO NPOs in the fight against extremist manifestations.
