The article discusses the dynamics of changes in the level of psychological well-being among first-year students. The analysis of studies of psychological well-being in the scientific literature was carried out. The results of a study of the level of psychological well-being of first-year students of a pedagogical university and students of a branch of the St. Petersburg University of Engineering and Economics are presented.
The article presents a historical and psychological analysis of the evolution of scientific ideas about personality and their impact on the formation of educational strategies. The aim of the work is to identify the determinants of the connection between psychological theories of personality and pedagogical approaches to the design of education. The first part of the article examines the key stages in the development of personological knowledge: from classical psychoanalysis to humanistic and Russian activity-based traditions. The second part analyzes the concept of "edu-cational strategy", its levels and structure. The final section is devoted to the synthesis of these lines – substantiating how theoretical models of personality determine goal-setting, content selection and technologies of modern education. Concludes that a retrospective analysis of personality theories is a necessary methodological basis for the development of educational strategies focused on the development of subjectivity and human self-realization.
