This article analyzes some theoretical issues of the implementation (incorporation, transformation) of international law and national foreign legislation in our legal system, as well as the practical implementation thereof. The need for further integration of state legal systems in the context of cooperation on transnational regulation of new relations in the field of artificial intelligence and digital technologies is noted.
