The article deals with the problems and ways of increasing the quality of professional training of future pilots through the introduction innovative technologies into pedagogical practice, in which organized pedagogical conditions are a self-sufficient “starter” mechanism and basis of individual creative self-development of the personality cadets.

The author suggests the introduction of game methods into the educational process that stimulate cognitive development, increase motivation and reduce anxiety.
