The paper studies the problem of formation of emotional stability volunteer social programs, students in higher education.

Views of scholars on the structure qualities of the "ideal" teacher in the whole match should take into account the organizational skills, professional skills and personal quali-ties of a teacher. In this article we have analyzed the theoretical literature on the study of personal qualities of students who will become managers in the field of management. Manager (eng. manager, from manage) is a person who holds a permanent managerial position and has the authority to make decisions on certain activities of the organization operating in market conditions. The effectiveness of the staff, in the long run, depends on the skills of the Manager, his socio-psychological properties and personal qualities. In the empirical part of the study we tried to consider the relationship between the personal qualities of managers and conformity.

The article analyzes the view of middle and high school students on the perception of the teacher as a person. Based on empirical data, it is proved that the priority qualities are fairness and understanding, stress resistance and balance, the ability to motivate to study the subject and teach it in a convenient form for the student. The main thing is respect and love for children.
