The article is devoted to the study of ideology influence on the state of public administration. Offering his vision of ideals realization problem, the author separates the concepts of proper ideology and ideological immunity, defining the latter as an important component of state security and cultural sovereignty, and intelligentsia as the main bearer of the national idea.

The article considers student youth as a unique and promising social group, which is a reserve for replenishing the Russian intelligentsia. This group has its own specific distinctions associated with its main activity – obtaining higher professional education and socialization. Attention to students is dictated by the fact that the future of the country directly depends on it.
