The article is devoted to the development and evaluation of the economic efficiency of an enterprise's investment policy strategy. The work reveals the essence of the categories “investment strategy” and “investment policy”, and provides the main stages in the formation of an enterprise’s investment policy strategy. Particular attention is paid to the essence, calculation methodology, advantages and disadvantages in the application of the main criteria for the effectiveness of investment projects. As an example, the results of assessing the economic efficiency of implementing a strategy of product-complete diversi-fication of production for one of the leading farms in the Rostov region are presented.
