Conceptually significant words in the early poems of A. A. Akhmatova are considered in the article. The poems under analysis belong to the non-devotional genre. Semantic nests of words, as well as lexemes, which actualize the semantic spheres "song", "prayer", "love" are revealed. It is established that conceptually significant language units are words, mostly related to the sacred sphere, expressing the religious worldview of the poet. Concepts of “life” and “love” are verbalized by commonly used linguistic units.

In article the analysis of a key word in the speech of the politician oppositionist Alexei Navalny. A key word is revealed by method of frequency analysis of lexicon. For fixation of frequency were used the Simple Word Sorter 1.0 and Wordstat programs. Semantic and frequency analysis of lexicon allowed to draw a conclusion that in the speech of the politician the most frequency are the words designating the objects and the phenomena connected with subjects of the movie investigation – material wealth, corruption and the corrupted officials.
