The article is devoted to the study of the actual problem of effective management and use of labor resources of the enterprise. The volume and timeliness of work, the efficiency of equipment use, the volume of production, its cost, profit and other economic indicators depend on the efficiency of the use of labor resources. Using the example of an agricultural organization, the use of labor resources and the influence of labor factors on the company's sales volumes were studied.
