The bases of the termination of legal relationship from special testamentary orders are considered. Various bases of their termination, depending on are allocated what sort of the relation arise from the special testa-mentary order. It is revealed that the duty of the successor can be one of subjects of testamentary refusal to provide premises for lifelong accommodation a legatariya. And such duty can't stop with excess of cost of legatarny granting over the cost of a hereditary share as legatariya bears burden of the contents property, free use with which it carries out, on an equal basis with the successor.

This work considers various methodical techniques supporting building legal terms of elder adolescent students by the example of the topic “Legal relationship and law violation”, that is considered in a social studies course at secondary general school and secondary professional education. The feature of law terms is clearness and certainty, supposing their embodiment in particular social reality. This determines the need of combination of different methodical and technological techniques for understanding and correct use of laws terms by students.
