Various bases of their termination, depending on are allocated what sort of the relation arise from the special testa-mentary order. It is revealed that the duty of the successor can be one of subjects of testamentary refusal to provide premises for lifelong accommodation a legatariya. And such duty can't stop with excess of cost of legatarny granting over the cost of a hereditary share as legatariya bears burden of the contents property, free use with which it carries out, on an equal basis with the successor.
