The article examines the existing scientific literature interpretations of the concept of investment strategy of an enterprise. The main stages of the investment activity management process of the enterprise, as well as their interrelation, are considered. The author examines the relationship of the investment strategy with the strategy of economic development of the enterprise. The stages of forming an investment strategy at the enterprise are considered.
