The study of the problem of Master Program students’ training for the foreign language academic text analysis using Internet and electronic educational resources is relevant at present. The purpose of the study is to clarify the content of the master's degree program training (45.04.01 Philology), the opportunities of Internet and electronic educational resources in teaching English-academic vocabulary for special purposes; Digital humanities tools (text analysis and data visualization Voyant Tools) for Digital Humanities / Master Program in Humanities students’ training. The article discusses issues related to the use of Voyant Tools Internet resource as a tool for teaching English for academic purposes to graduate students. The didactic potentials of electronic educational resources for teaching English for academic purposes to graduate students are described. The conducted theoretical research has shown that the graduate students’ training for the foreign language academic texts analysis using the Voyant Tools tool is due to the relevance of digital humanities’ professional activity, necessity to use both academic terminology and digital technologies in their professional and practical agency. It is noted that in teaching graduate students to analyze foreign language academic texts, it is necessary to pay attention not only to linguistic academic discourse, but also to electronic educational resources for teaching foreign language. The practical significance of the research focuses on the proposed aspects of using Voyant Tools as a tool for teaching academic English for research to graduate students and presenting the results of research in the process of preparing Master's Degree thesis.
