This article discusses the problem of professional self-determination of high school students on the basis of such a form of interaction as mentoring. The professional orientation of high school students becomes an important core decision for our research. The opinions of high school students on the understanding of the choice of profession and their role in this type of activity are summarized. We have considered the role of mentoring in the formation of self-determination of schoolchildren. Defined the role and functions of the mentor and mentee in the process of career guidance.
This article presents a description of pedagogical experience addressed to management teams and teachers-mentors. It presents an algorithm for accompanying a young teacher based on the pedagogical approach of Lesson study. The effectiveness of such interaction has been confirmed in practice by successful professional self-realization.
Mentoring makes a significant contribution to the successful adaptation of cadets to their intended activities, high-quality development of specialized disciplines and becoming professionally competent in their specialty. Most junior cadets do not have a clear understanding of the application of the material being studied. This is facilitated by the lack of practical knowledge, with a large amount of information. The in-troduction of cadet mentors from among the undergraduates will help to cope with this task. The authors of the article consider the features and role of the innovative method in solving the problem of organizing and implementing educational activities in a flight military university.
The article is devoted to the problem of professional formation and self-development of young primary school teachers. The article considers mentoring as a process of mentoring, interaction and solving specific requests of the mentee.
An urgent task of informatization of education is the formation of a teacher’s information culture: the ability to use modern information technologies in professional (educational) activities. Older generation teachers are trying to master information and communication technologies. A way to solve this problem can be implemented in reverse mentoring, which is discussed in this article. It implies mu-tual mentoring, in which each teacher plays the role of both mentor and mentee: in those areas where there is an experienced role of «mentor»; in areas where there are gaps, the role of the «mentee».
