The Article is devoted to the problem of features of personal maturity in adolescence. The main age-psychological features of adolescent children are considered, the term «personal maturity» is analyzed, its main functions and significance in the process of personal development are highlighted. The article analyzes the main ways of becoming a person, which are associated with socialization and age-psychological characteristics of adolescents.
