This article discusses the applicability of neurolinguistic programming in destructive cults, the characteristics of the people recruited into the sect.

In this science work a directly proportional correlation of the mental state of a person and the biological processes of his life activity is considered. The author's program of psychocorrection of the behavioral direction was introduced in order to improve the general factors affecting the life of a person. The main strategies of neuro-linguistic programming, which are the basis for the development of the author's program of psychological support for individuals in various difficult situations, are considered.
