The paper deals with the legislative basis for non-profit organizations functioning in the Russian Federation; a possibility of entrepreneurial income-generating activities is consid-ered. The problem of identifying the ways of using the profit, received by non-profit organi-zations, which leads to taxation problems is discussed. New alternative methods of financ-ing in Tula region are offered.

This article describes the theoretical materials of the author's coursework, containing the role and functions of the Association of Young Teachers in the conditions of social and informational changes as a mechanism for effective development of innovative professional activity in the system of a young teacher's work. There are considered situations encountered by subjects of the sphere of education during the formation of the Association of Young Teachers.
