Some generalization of classical model of market balance (Valras's models) are made. Nonlinearity of laws of the demand and supply, dependence of these laws on change in price speed are considered. Specific examples of application of models are reviewed.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibility of exercising the secondary right within the framework of an option for concluding a contract. By determining the properties and attributes of secondary rights and properties of an option for concluding a contract as a contractual construction of civil law, their interrelation is established, what makes it possible to identify the essence of the right granted under the option agreement.
