The article is devoted to quantitative methods of risk assessment of outsourcing. The authors view the key risk factors of outsourcing and suggest the technique of risk management outsourcing based on the ex-pected volume of losses.

The most effective and satisfactory assessment in terms of accuracy can be achieved with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods – fuzzy models that combine qualitative expert knowledge and quantitative statistical methods.
