The tasks on this topic are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the most common mistakes of students in solving the tasks. Various ways of material presentation of are considered.

In this article, we propose a version of the topic "First-order differential equations" theoretical material presentation. The tasks on this topic are considered. The article deals with the frequently occurring errors of students. Particular attention is paid to building algorithms for solving first-order differential equations. Four basic types of equations are analyzed in detail in this paper: equations with separating variables, homogeneous, linear and Bernoulli's equations.
