The article presents the results of a study to identify the main problems of the development of adaptive physical culture and adaptive sports in the city of Tobolsk.

The article presents the experience of creating a sensory site on the territory of the Botanical Garden of Vyatka State University. The selection of the assortment of plants was carried out in accordance with their possible diverse influence on the human senses. A list of 44 species for filling and zoning the garden of sensations is presented. Classes were held with children with disabilities in health, aimed at the appearance of a positive emotional response and showing interest in cognitive activity when interacting with plants and using alternative means of additional communication – visual support cards.
The article discusses the possibilities of using digital tools to support people with disabilities who are at the stage of choosing or changing a profession. The structure and content of an online course based on the principles of modularity and variability are proposed to accompany this category of people in the process of professional self-determination.
This article examines the focus of social projects in the sports sector. Several examples of social projects implemented in table tennis at the State Budgetary Institution of Additional Education «MGFSO» are highlighted and described. The paper also analyzes methods for evaluating the effectiveness of social projects, highlighting the advantages and features of each. The effectiveness of all the listed social projects implemented at the State Budgetary Institution of Additional Education «MGFSO» in recent years is assessed. The social impact of these projects is analyzed in accordance with the assessment methods proposed in the paper.
