The article examines modern approaches to psychological assistance to military personnel and their families, as well as the main difficulties faced by specialists in this field. The author analyzes the impact of combat experience on the mental health of military personnel and their family members. Key values such as family, support, trust, and understanding are explored, which play an important role in the rehabilitation process. Approaches aimed at creating a safe and supportive environment for family members are discussed, including group and individual forms of therapy and innovative methods of psychological therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, etc.) that can be used in the work of psychologists.
